Teen & Adult Swim Program

Our Teen & Adult Swim Program is designed for swimmers aged 13 and up who are looking to build confidence, improve technique, or develop endurance—regardless of previous swim experience. With a focus on comfort, safety, and skill progression, this four-level program helps teens and adults reach their personal swim goals in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Adult/Teen 1

This beginner-level class supports swimmers in gaining comfort and control in the water. Participants work on breath control, floating, gliding, and assisted swimming skills while learning safe entries and exits. With a focus on building confidence, this level introduces the foundations of front crawl, back crawl, and basic water safety skills.

Adult/Teen 2

Swimmers at this level begin to develop more independence and stamina in the water. Skills include unassisted object recovery, front crawl with breathing, back crawl, whip kick, and treading. Endurance and technique are gradually built through flutter kick drills, side glides, and short interval swims.

Adult/Teen 3

This level introduces more advanced techniques such as somersaults, longer endurance swims, and stroke refinement in all major swim styles. Swimmers begin working on elementary backstroke, head-up front crawl, and timed intervals to enhance performance and efficiency.

Adult/Teen 4

Our most advanced teen/adult level focuses on endurance, advanced stroke mechanics, and water safety awareness. Participants work up to a 200m continuous swim, refine whip and scissor kicks, and are introduced to inverted scissor kick and eggbeater treading. This level supports swimmers aiming to meet personal fitness goals, improve stroke performance, or prepare for leadership or lifesaving pathways.
