Hi, I’m Cassidy. I’ve spent over 19 years in aquatics and am passionate about helping families build confidence in the water while creating a positive, welcoming experience for every swimmer. At Splash N Learn, I focus on supporting our team, strengthening programs, and making sure each child and family feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

I care deeply about the little moments—warm welcomes, celebrating progress, and creating a space where kids feel safe to learn and have fun.

As a mom of two energetic boys, I understand the importance of finding programs that feel supportive, joyful, and high-quality. This perspective shapes how I bring both heart and energy to my role every day.

Hi, I’m Katie, and I’ve been teaching swim lessons since I was 16 and have spent over 9 years working full-time in aquatics, focusing on programming, staff development, and advanced leadership training.

I bring lots of enthusiasm to the pool and love working with children and youth. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me downhill skiing in the winter or enjoying anything water-related in the summer, like swimming, waterskiing, paddleboarding, or white water rafting.

I love supporting our instructors and helping swimmers build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of the water.

Hello. I’m Lucas, Facility Manager at Splash N Learn.

I’ve worked in aquatics for over 10 years, teaching and supervising swim lessons and leadership programs. One of my favourite parts of my role is watching swimmers build confidence in the water.

​

Outside the pool, I work in sports broadcasting. Sports, family, and travel keep me busy when I’m not on deck.

Hi, I’m Sylvia. My love of aquatics began as a competitive swimmer and grew into a career focused on water safety, leadership, and mentorship.

​

I’ve held a variety of aquatic leadership roles and am a National Trainer for First Aid, Lifesaving, and National Lifeguard. I’m also actively involved in drowning prevention and emergency response initiatives.

​

I especially enjoy mentoring future leaders and helping swimmers build skills and confidence that last a lifetime.

Hi, I’m Nicole “Niki” B. I bring a people first approach shaped by my background in hospitality, education, and working closely with families.

​

I hold a degree in Hospitality and Tourism and have spent many years supporting operations, events, and marketing. My passion for working with children led me to run my own daycare and stay actively involved in school communities.

​

I’m proud to support families at Splash N Learn and help create welcoming, positive experiences at the pool.

Hi, I’m George. You’ll often see me moving from class to class on deck, supporting both swimmers and instructors. As a Trainer, I help mentor our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our programs.

​

I’ve been part of the Russell Aquatics family for over 10 years and am excited to be part of the Splash N Learn team. Alongside my aquatics experience, I also have a background in general contracting, which keeps me busy behind the scenes as well.

​

Outside the pool, I’m currently pursuing my studies to become a firefighter. I’m also a proud member of the Filipino community and love bringing positive energy, encouragement, and a smile to the deck every day.
