Our Story

Splash N’ Learn was created by three women with a shared passion for water safety, early childhood development, and community. As the owners of Russell Aquatics Swim School (Kerri Russell-Channer & Kristi Russell) and Davina’s Swim House (Davina Lopez), we’ve spent years building trusted, thriving swim programs in our own communities.

While our individual brands remain strong and continue to grow, Splash N’ Learn represents something new, a collaborative venture built on partnership, purpose, and the belief that we are stronger together.

As women in business—and moms ourselves—we understand the challenges of entrepreneurship. Balancing families, leadership, and the desire to expand can be a lot to carry alone. By joining forces, we’re able to lean on each other for support, share the load, and create something greater than we could on our own.
